To test cam (a single assimilation, no model advance) 
the procedure should be:

- update to the most recent files in subversion
- cd to models/cam/work
- wget http://www.image.ucar.edu/pub/DART/CAM/cam_test_ics_intel.tar.gz *or*
  wget http://www.image.ucar.edu/pub/DART/CAM/cam_test_ics_power.tar.gz 
- untar
- run ./workshop_setup.csh
- bsub < runme_filter
